Get Remote Support
Most software, email, and settings problems can be fixed remotely, usually faster than an in-person visit.
Schedule Hands-On Service
We come to you in the Phoenix area. For a drop-off, request a handoff time first.
Explore Ongoing Support
Support plans for individuals and families, from $40/month.
Good to know: Diagnosis and troubleshooting are billable time, even when the fix turns out to be a replacement. Equipment drop-offs are by appointment only.
I'm already a customer
Submit active technical issues through the support portal. Every request gets a ticket, reaches the right person, and stays on record. Please don't book an introductory consultation for a support issue, and avoid sending requests to personal phones or email, where they can be missed.
Submit a Support Request Schedule a Session
On a support plan? Your remote support is covered by your plan, so there's no hourly charge. Hourly billing applies only if you choose pay-as-you-go or go beyond what your plan includes. In-person visits are billed at $190/hour.
Your plan details, response goals, and after-hours instructions are on your client Welcome Page.
Which appointment should I schedule?
Picking the right appointment gets you to the right outcome faster. Here's what each one is for.
Introductory Consultation
For: prospective managed-services customers, businesses evaluating cybersecurity or co-managed IT, long-term partnerships, and larger projects that need discovery.
A 20-minute conversation about requirements, service fit, and next steps. It is not a free troubleshooting session. If something is broken now, book technical support instead.
$25 booking deposit, collected when you schedule.
Technical Support Appointment
For: anyone with a specific technical problem who wants it diagnosed and resolved, business or personal.
Remote sessions are booked online and prepaid. Onsite visits are billed at the hourly onsite rate, and travel mileage may be added. Work beyond what you've asked for always requires your approval first.
See pricing below.
Equipment Drop-Off or Pickup
For: devices that need hands-on diagnostics, repair, upgrades, or data recovery.
- Appointments are required. There are no walk-ins.
- A drop-off is a handoff. Repair work happens afterward, not while you wait.
- You'll receive findings, pricing, and a request for approval before any additional work.
- Pickup or courier service may be available, depending on location and circumstances.
In the request, mention it's a drop-off and describe the device and problem. We'll confirm a time and send location instructions.
Appointments are covered by our Scheduled Call Terms. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are treated as no-shows.
What does IT support cost?
These are the rates most customers pay. When a problem can't be priced until it's been diagnosed, we'll tell you how the diagnosis is billed and get your approval before the repair.

Why some repairs start with a diagnostic
Take a computer that won't boot after a Windows update. The fix could be a software repair, an operating-system rebuild, a failed drive, or a data-recovery job, and each has a very different cost. A diagnostic tells us which one it is, so you can decide whether the repair is worth it before spending more.
Good to know
- Quick questions about our services are free. Support or consultation time over 15 minutes is billable.
- Work without a support plan has a one-hour minimum per request.
- Parts, licenses, and third-party costs are extra and quoted before purchase.
- After-hours, weekend, holiday, and urgent requests may be billed at a higher rate.
- Card payments may include a processing fee of up to 3.5%.
Our Rates page lists the complete fee schedule, including the maximum rates that can apply to out-of-scope, urgent, or special-circumstance work. Engagements are governed by our Terms of Service.
Where and how we deliver service
Worldwide remote IT services
Most of what we do is delivered remotely, so location rarely matters:
- Technical support
- Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace administration
- Cybersecurity and monitoring
- Technology consulting
- Remote infrastructure management
Some services depend on technical and legal availability in your country.
Onsite service in Greater Phoenix
We provide onsite service across the Phoenix metro area and surrounding Valley communities, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Glendale, Peoria, and nearby cities.
Onsite visits are scheduled in advance, and arrival windows are approximate.
Partner-coordinated onsite work
If you need hands-on help outside Arizona, we can coordinate onsite work through qualified third-party field-service partners.
Availability, scope, and charges vary by location and provider. Onsite coverage outside Arizona isn't guaranteed.
How we operate
For businesses
USTech.Ninja is an established managed IT and cybersecurity provider. We run a remote-first model built around proactive monitoring, security tooling, documented processes, ticketed support with structured escalation, and written agreements that set clear service expectations. That model lets us administer systems for clients across Arizona and beyond without the overhead of a storefront.
For individuals
We don't operate a walk-in repair shop. Services are by appointment. Equipment handoffs take place at our private location in Phoenix's Arcadia area, near 48th Street and Indian School Road, and are arranged in advance. Exact location instructions are sent after your appointment is confirmed.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have a physical storefront?
No. We're a remote-first, appointment-based provider without a walk-in storefront. Business clients are supported remotely and onsite. Personal equipment handoffs are arranged in advance at our private location in the Arcadia area of Phoenix.
Are appointments required?
Yes, for anything that is scheduled: calls, remote sessions, onsite visits, and equipment drop-offs or pickups. Existing customers can submit requests through the support portal at any time.
Can I drop off my computer?
Yes, by appointment. Request a drop-off time and we'll confirm a handoff window and send location instructions. Repairs happen after the handoff, and we'll send findings and pricing for your approval before additional work. Equipment we hold longer than 10 days may incur storage fees. See our Rates page.
Do you provide equipment pickup and delivery?
Sometimes. Pickup, delivery, or courier service may be available depending on your location and circumstances, and travel charges may apply. Mention it when you submit your request.
Do you offer services outside Arizona?
Yes. Most of our services are delivered remotely to clients nationwide and internationally. Onsite work outside the Phoenix area can sometimes be coordinated through qualified field-service partners, depending on location, scope, and availability.
What is the difference between an introductory call and a support appointment?
An introductory consultation covers your needs, service fit, and next steps for ongoing services or larger projects. It isn't a troubleshooting session. A technical support appointment is paid time spent diagnosing and fixing a specific problem.
Can businesses hire you for individual projects without a monthly contract?
Yes. Businesses can engage us for a single issue or a defined project, billed hourly or quoted after scoping. Managed services are available but not required.
What does an initial diagnostic cost?
For customers without a support plan, diagnostics are billed as time at our hourly rate: $130/hour remote or $190/hour onsite, with a one-hour minimum per request. Support-plan clients aren't billed hourly for remote diagnostics covered by their plan. We'll share findings and an estimate before any repair, parts purchase, or data recovery.
What happens if my device cannot be repaired?
We'll explain what we found and your options, which may include data recovery, a replacement recommendation, or setting up a new device. Diagnostic time is billable whether or not a repair proceeds.
Do you support both individuals and businesses?
Yes. USTech.Ninja focuses on business IT, cybersecurity, and managed services. Personal and household support is provided through our consumer brand, YourPersonal.Ninja.
How quickly can I receive assistance?
Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Arizona time, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Most requests received during business hours get a human response the same business day. That's a goal rather than a guarantee, and response isn't the same as resolution. Managed clients receive the response commitments in their plan. Appointment availability is shown when you book.
How should existing customers request help?
Submit a ticket through the support portal. It keeps your request tracked and routed correctly. To book time, use myaz.tech/schedule.
Are remote support appointments available internationally?
Yes. Remote sessions work anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Our scheduled hours are based on Arizona time.
Do you offer ongoing personal technology support?
Yes. Personal support plans start at $40/month and include remote help and protection for individuals and families. See plan options.
