Earn Recurring Revenue With USTech.Ninja

Bring the relationship. We handle the technology.

Managed IT. Cybersecurity. Cloud. Automation. Strategy.

No fee to apply. No starter kit. We're building a small, direct partner network — not a national sales force.

Build Technology Revenue Without Building an MSP

This isn't a job, a franchise, or a "buy a starter kit" opportunity. It's a straightforward way to earn compensation on technology relationships without operating the technical side yourself.

1

You make the introduction

You bring a relationship, an opportunity, or a business that could use better technology, cybersecurity, or automation.

2

USTech.Ninja handles delivery

Discovery, technical scoping, implementation, billing, and ongoing support all run through USTech.Ninja — not you.

3

You may earn on the outcome

Eligible partners may earn compensation on qualified business they introduce or help develop, subject to program terms.

What You Can Bring to Clients

You don't need to be the technical expert. You need the relationship and the willingness to make an introduction or stay involved as much as you'd like.

What USTech.Ninja Handles

Everything technical stays with us — you're never on the hook for delivery.

Discovery and technical scoping conversations
Cybersecurity, managed IT, and cloud engineering
Implementation, support, and service delivery
Billing, contracts, and client administration

You do not need to build a helpdesk, hire engineers, maintain security tooling, negotiate vendor stacks, operate an RMM, provide 24/7 support, or become a cybersecurity expert.

Referral Partner vs. Channel Partner

Two simple ways to participate — pick the level of involvement that fits how you already work.

Track 1

Referral / Connector

Make a qualified introduction. USTech.Ninja handles the sales and technical process from there.

  • You introduce the opportunity
  • USTech.Ninja runs discovery, proposal, and delivery
  • If it becomes a paying customer under approved program terms, you may earn referral compensation
Track 2

Channel Partner

For partners who want to stay involved in the relationship over time.

  • Identify opportunities and help qualify needs
  • Participate in introductions and stay relationship-facing
  • Help grow the account as it develops

USTech.Ninja remains responsible for technical delivery and contractual service unless specifically agreed otherwise. Channel Partners may be eligible for a different compensation structure than simple referrals.

Compensation structure varies by relationship and engagement. Approved terms are provided before an opportunity is registered.

Who Makes a Good Partner?

Prior sales experience isn't required, and this isn't a fit for everyone — but it tends to work well for people who already talk to business owners about how they operate.

Independent IT consultants
Former MSP employees
Cybersecurity professionals
Fractional CIOs / CTOs

Why Work With a Smaller Technology Partner

Big partner programs can come with big-company friction. USTech.Ninja keeps the relationship direct.

You shouldn't need three partner managers and a ticket queue just to get an answer. This program is intentionally small and direct.

Direct access

You talk to the people actually doing the technical work, not a tiered partner portal.

Faster decisions

Less bureaucracy means opportunities move without waiting on layers of approval.

Human ownership

Escalation is easy because there's a real person accountable for the relationship.

Example Client Opportunities

The kind of situations that tend to turn into a good introduction.

A business frustrated with its current MSP.
A company hiring remote staff that needs stronger security.
A growing organization struggling with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
A business owner interested in AI automation but unsure how to implement it.
A company with cybersecurity concerns but no internal security team.
A multi-location organization with inconsistent infrastructure.

FAQ

Do I need to be technical?

No. Technical knowledge can help, but USTech.Ninja handles technical discovery and delivery.

Am I an employee?

No. Participation in the partner program does not by itself create an employment relationship.

Do I need to pay anything?

No fee to apply or participate.

Do I have to sell?

The program can accommodate simple introductions as well as more involved channel relationships.

Who owns the client relationship?

USTech.Ninja contracts for the services it delivers. Partner involvement and account ownership/compensation are governed by the applicable partner agreement.

Can I set pricing?

No. Final service pricing and scope are approved by USTech.Ninja.

Can I offer services under my own brand?

White-label / co-managed arrangements may be available separately depending on the relationship and scope — this isn't automatic and would be discussed directly.

Do I need to recruit other partners?

No. Compensation is tied to legitimate client business, not recruiting other partners. There's no downline and no required software purchase.
