Any reference to the term “standard rate” within the website urls yourpersonal.ninja or ustech.ninja refers to $190/hour with a minimum of one hour billable.
Any Statement of Work (SOW) with an Annual Commitment entails a one-year commitment, effective from the date any modifications are made. This includes adjustments to the user count. Therefore, any increase or decrease in the number of users will extend the commitment to one year from the date of such change.
If any provision of the Terms of Service or Additional Service Terms and Information within the Terms of Service is breached or violated, and there is no designated cost penalty for such violation within these terms, the party at fault will be subject to a penalty of $500. In addition, they will be responsible for compensatory charges for the time spent addressing the violation or breach, charged at a rate no more than double the standard rate.
