Scheduled Call Terms

This is a continuation of our Terms of Service

• Commitment to Attend
  Scheduling a call with us is a professional commitment. Our time is set aside specifically for you. In fairness to others and to maintain an efficient calendar, we ask that you treat your appointment with the same level of respect and reliability you’d expect from us.

• No-Shows and Short Notice Cancellations
  If you miss your scheduled call or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, it will be considered a no-show.

• Fee for No-Show
  No-shows and short-notice cancellations will be billed at our standard hourly rate. This is consistent with the fee structure outlined in our broader Terms of Service.

• Abuse of Scheduling
  We reserve the right to limit or suspend future booking privileges for individuals who habitually miss appointments, cancel last minute, or otherwise misuse the scheduling system.
