Ultimate Guide: Seamless Transfer from Microsoft 365 to Gmail

Prerequisites:

  1. Access to your Microsoft 365 and Gmail accounts.
  2. Outlook installed on your computer.
  3. A stable internet connection.

Step 1: Set Up Gmail in Outlook

  1. Open Outlook: Launch the Outlook app on your computer.
  2. Add Gmail Account:
    • Navigate to “File” > “Add Account.”
    • Enter your Gmail email address and click “Connect.”
